These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal contract between the Kripya platform and all its users. By registering an account or using the platform, you are considered to have voluntarily accepted this Agreement.

• Using another person's payment method without their authorization.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the gaming software.

Kripya reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these terms.

• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Under the order of a court or government authority.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded once verification is complete; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
